INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTT. 13-14 EU REGULATION 2016/679

INTERESTED PARTIES: USERS OF THE WEBSITE

This privacy policy is intended to describe in a clear and transparent manner the methods of management of the website www.tubopress.it regarding the processing of personal data of users who consult it and who use the services offered. This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the Italian Code on the protection of personal data, the Provision issued by the Guarantor Authority “Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies” of 8 May 2014 and Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001. This Notice also contains the information required pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “GDPR”), without prejudice to the amendments and adaptations that will be necessary following the harmonization of the Privacy Code, as well as European or national legislative interventions and/or provisions of the Supervisory Authorities subsequent to the publication of this Notice.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

a) Data voluntarily provided by the user

The personal data provided voluntarily and optionally by users who interact with this site are processed by internal personnel of the Company specifically authorized to process them, for the sole purposes of the request. Such data are not communicated to third parties, unless communication is required by legal obligations.

Specifically, the methods of interaction are as follows:

Sending emails to the addresses indicated on the site
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Completing the data collection form (for contact requests)
The site allows interested parties to request information by entering some personal data (such as name and surname, email). Such data will be processed, manually and using IT tools by the Company’s specifically appointed staff, exclusively to respond to the user’s request. The personal data entered in the Form are not mandatory, however failure to provide them could make it impossible to use some functions. The provision and related processing for the purposes indicated above are strictly functional to the execution of what is requested. At any time, the interested party may exercise, by contacting the Data Controller directly, the rights recognized by the article of art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and explained in the specific section called “RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY”.

Registration to the reserved area

The user interested in receiving the Company’s periodic informative Circulars and/or interested in accessing the Publications and/or accessing the download area (the latter accessible only to users registered in the Company’s reserved area) is required to fill out the registration form and provide consent to the processing. The personal data requested (consisting of your name and surname,)
allow the personnel specifically appointed by the Company to provide the username and password necessary for access to these reserved areas. The data will be recorded in a protected electronic and/or computer archive and treated in a completely confidential manner in full compliance with said law. Personal data will not be communicated to third parties or otherwise disseminated under any circumstances. At any time, the interested party may exercise, by contacting the Data Controller directly, the rights recognized by article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, and explained in the specific section called “RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY”.

b) Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses, or domain names used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained, etc.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous and aggregate statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and reside permanently on third-party servers (hosting providers). The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

c) Cookies

This website uses technical cookies and third-party cookies. It does not use profiling cookies. More information on cookies is contained in the Cookie Policy to which reference is made.

PROCESSING METHODS

The data processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and may be carried out with the aid of electronic, computer and telematic tools, including through automated methods designed to store, manage and transmit them, and will be carried out using suitable tools, as far as is reasonable and in the state of the art, to guarantee security and confidentiality through the use of suitable procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorised access, illicit use and dissemination. The methodologies applied guarantee that access to the data is permitted only to those persons in charge of processing by us.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

Except for the navigation data necessary to implement the computer and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to proceed with the requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The data of the users of the site will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the management of the site itself. For the data voluntarily provided by the user, the same will be processed for the time strictly necessary to respond to the questions asked or until revoked in the case of registration in the reserved area of the site. At the end of the processing, the data is deleted.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In your capacity as interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 of the GDPR and specifically the rights to: obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form; obtain the indication of: a) the origin of the personal data;

  1. the purposes and methods of processing.
  2. the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments.
  3. the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge;

obtain:

  1. the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data.
  2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
  3. certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

to oppose, in whole or in part:

  1. for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
  2. to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, using automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. Please note that the interested party’s right to object, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes via automated methods extends to traditional methods and that in any case the interested party remains entitled to exercise the right to object even only partially. Therefore, the interested party may decide to receive only communications via traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.

Where applicable, you also have the rights set out in articles 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority.

DATA PROTECTION MANAGEMENT MODEL

Please note that, to comply with the GDPR, Tubopress Italia srl is preparing a privacy organizational model, identifying roles and responsibilities in terms of personal data processing. The Data Controller has designated in writing the employees of the company functions responsible for pursuing the purposes indicated above as those authorized to process data, pursuant to art. 30 of the Privacy Code, and has provided them with adequate instructions. The Data may be processed by third parties, which the Company uses for the purposes of maintaining the company information system or for managing the website. These parties will act as Data Processors, providing them with adequate operating instructions. The complete and updated list of Data Processors can be obtained upon request from the company at the addresses indicated above.
