Through the dedicated IT platform, the following individuals can submit reports of wrongdoing and irregularities that they have become aware of because of their employment relationship
- subordinate workers,
- self-employed workers and holders of coordinated and continuous collaboration relationships as well as holders of collaboration relationships “organized by the client”.
- workers or collaborators who supply goods or services or who carry out works for third parties.
- freelance professionals and consultants.
- volunteers and interns, including unpaid ones.
- shareholders and persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representation functions.
The IT platform uses an encryption protocol that guarantees enhanced protection of the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the content of the report and the documentation attached thereto. The whistleblower is protected by the law from possible retaliation and his identity as the whistleblower is kept confidential.

Anonymous reports
The IT platform and some reporting channels (see “Operating Instructions”) can also accept anonymous reports; if the report is “punctual, detailed and supported by suitable documentation” it will be taken into consideration. The archiving of the anonymous report will follow the same procedures as the open ones to guarantee the reporter who will be able to reveal his/her identity to the appointed manager at a later time.
