For this reason, we have implemented a secure channel for <strong>reporting wrongdoing and irregularities.<\/strong><br \/>Through the dedicated IT platform, the following individuals can submit reports of wrongdoing and irregularities that they have become aware of because of their employment relationship <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>subordinate workers,<\/li>\n<li>self-employed workers and holders of coordinated and continuous collaboration relationships as well as holders of collaboration relationships \u201corganized by the client\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>workers or collaborators who supply goods or services or who carry out works for third parties.<\/li>\n<li>freelance professionals and consultants.<\/li>\n<li>volunteers and interns, including unpaid ones.<\/li>\n<li>shareholders and persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representation functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The IT platform uses an encryption protocol that guarantees enhanced protection of the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the content of the report and the documentation attached thereto.
